This policy may reference Services interchangeably, and any mention of Services shall encompass all Services offered by Control+ under the Terms.

When you provide Control+ with information, Control+ will exclusively process your information in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. You maintain control over your information at all times and may direct us to halt the collection and/or processing of your Personal Information in accordance with your rights under applicable law.

Where applicable, Control+ functions as the data controller for Personal Information you provide in connection with accessing and/or using Control+ Services.

For this Privacy Policy's purposes, "Personal Information" encompasses any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

During your access and/or use of the Services, we collect or receive the following information (including Personal Information) about you:

Anonymized browsing patterns required for Solution operation, including websites and URLs accessed during Solution implementation.
Geographic location, IP address, installation timestamp, email address, first and last name (as provided), last 4 digits of payment card, card type for subscribers, and additional information furnished during account creation and maintenance.
If you opt to use our email scanning capability and/or SMS message scanning feature within the Services, we will receive: (a) for email scanning - content and information within your email inbox from subscription start and subsequent incoming emails during service use; and (b) for SMS scanning - message content and information from subscription initiation and ongoing service usage, as outlined in your subscription terms and our service offerings.

Please be aware that when providing Personal Information about third parties, you acknowledge and warrant that you have secured all necessary approvals, authorizations, and consents required under applicable law.
