1. Subscription Overview
Your subscription begins immediately upon your first payment. To ensure uninterrupted service, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, bi-annually, or annually, as selected at the time of purchase). This renewal continues until you choose to cancel.
2. Payment Method
Fees will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of purchase. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to that method.
3. Cancellation
When you cancel, you disable future automatic renewals. You will retain full access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Important: Deleting the app from your device does not cancel your subscription or stop automatic payments.
- App Store (Apple): You can cancel subscription anytime by turning-off autorenewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your current period or trial ends. - Google Play (Android): You can cancel subscription anytime by turning-off autorenewal through your Google Play account settings. To avoid charges, ensure cancellation is completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Learn more about managing subscriptions (and how to cancel them) on Google’s support page.
- Website Purchases: If you signed up directly through our website, you can cancel by navigating to:
- ControlPlus App → Profile → Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.
